Hanfimex Group supplies Vietnam Black Pepper and White Pepper from the Central Highlands, mainly Dak Lak, Dak Nong, Gia Lai – the largest pepper belt in the world. Vietnam accounts for 35% of global pepper output. Our BRC Grade A, HACCP factory processes 500/550/570 G/L black pepper and 630 G/L white pepper, meeting ASTA, ESA, and IP standards for US, EU markets.
We offer Steam Sterilized Pepper to reduce microbial load without ETO, plus Organic Pepper from certified farms. 20+ years exporting to McCormick, Olam, and major spice houses.

To meet EU/US microbial requirements, we use 100% steam sterilization, no chemicals, no ETO. Reduces TPC <10^4 CFU/g, Salmonella absent/25g, E.coli absent. Capacity 5MT/day. Mandatory for pepper going to retail and food service in developed markets.

Q: What is the difference between 500 G/L and 550 G/L?
A: G/L means grams per liter, measuring density. 550 G/L is heavier, bolder, fewer light berries. Required by ASTA for US market.
Q: Do you have organic pepper?
A: Yes, from certified farms in Dak Song. Organic EU/USDA available for both black and white pepper. Annual output 500MT.
