Hanfimex Group produces Desiccated Coconut from 100% fresh Ben Tre coconuts, processed within 48 hours after harvest to retain natural sweetness and white color. Our HACCP, ISO 22000, HALAL, Kosher, BRC-A factory supplies High Fat 60-65%, Medium Fat, and Low Fat grades in Fine, Medium, and Chips cuts for bakery, confectionery, cereal, and snack industries.
We do NOT use SO2 or Metabisulfite for bleaching. Our coconut is naturally white, with FFA <0.3% and low microbial count, meeting EU and US standards.

1. Dehusking & Deshelling: Fresh mature coconuts 11-12 months old
2. Paring: Remove brown testa for white color
3. Washing: RO water, no chemicals
4. Grinding: Stainless steel grinders for different cuts
5. Drying: Low-temp drying <70°C to avoid oil oxidation
6. Metal Detection & Packing: 10kg, 25kg bag with PE liner
10kg or 25kg 3-layer PE bag, then outer PP bag or carton. 1x20ft = 12MT. Shelf life 12 months at <25°C, <65% RH. We support retail packing 100g-1kg with nitrogen flush, MOQ 2MT.
Q: What is the difference between High Fat and Low Fat?
A: High Fat 60-65% is from first press, rich flavor for human food. Low Fat 25-35% is after oil extraction, used for cost-sensitive products or feed.
Q: Is your coconut sulfur-free?
A: Yes, 100% sulfur-free. No SO2, no preservatives. We ship with COA to prove.
