1. Highest Oil Content 4-6%: 2-3 times higher than Indonesian Cassia and 6-8 times higher than Ceylon. Rich in Cinnamaldehyde 85-90%.
2. Natural Sweet-Spicy Taste: Perfect for bakery, beverages, pharma, and essential oil extraction.
3. 500ha Organic Farm: No pesticides, no chemical fertilizer. Harvested from 15-20 year old trees for best oil yield.
4. Traditional Processing: Hand-peeled, sun-dried and smoke-dried to keep natural golden color, no sulfur treatment..
1. Grinding: We grind to 60-100 mesh powder with metal detection and sieving.
2. Retail Packing: 50g, 100g, 500g pouches, glass jars with private label. MOQ 1000 units.
3. Essential Oil: Steam distilled from bark, 85-90% Cinnamaldehyde. Used in food, cosmetics, pharma.

Q: What is the difference between Vietnam Cassia and Saigon Cinnamon?
A: “Saigon Cinnamon” is an old US trade name. The correct name is Vietnam Cassia. All high-quality cassia comes from Yen Bai and Lao Cai, not Saigon.
Q: What is the MOQ?
A: 1 MT for broken/split. 5 MT for tube. 500kg for powder. LCL accepted for mixed container.
Q: Crop season?
A: 2 crops/year. Main crop March-May, second crop August-October. We stock year-round.
